(AMEX: IW), a leading developer and application integrator of identity management, multilingual and conversational solutions, received a one-year, multiple award initial task order contract valued in excess of $100,000 from Boeing (NYSE: BA), Integrated Defense Systems unit.

ImageWare will support Boeing customers and help drive awareness of systems capabilities and solutions. In addition, ImageWare will integrate its IWS™ Mediator™ solutions, a suite of multilingual translation, collaborative and integrated multimodal biometric capabilities, including two-way speech to speech and multilingual chat, into Boeing’s open architecture program environments, which include its Command and Control Middleware and Information Assurance applications. By integrating Mediator’s, capabilities, Boeing can better serve its existing and potential programs, including future combat systems, secure border initiative, maritime domain awareness, and other multi-secure interoperable environments.
