Honeywell to integrate ImageWare Biometric Identity Management, Secure Credentialing and Card Management Capabilities into its Physical Access Control Products Worldwide

SAN DIEGO, CA, March 7, 2007 - ImageWare® Systems, Inc. (AMEX: IW), a leading developer of identity management solutions, today announced it has signed a three-year, royalty-based, licensing agreement with Honeywell Security. This agreement allows Honeywell to integrate biometric enrollment and identity proofing, as well as card management and issuance of biometrically-enabled secure credentials into its physical access control product suite. This will enable Honeywell to offer complete, end-to-end access control solutions for Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12), Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), border management and other mission-critical environments worldwide.
