SAN DIEGO, CA, May 23, 2006 - ImageWare® Systems, Inc. (AMEX: IW),
a leading developer and provider of identity management solutions, filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 and will host a conference call to discuss the Company’s first quarter performance and prospects on May 31, 2006.
“Our quarterly revenues of approximately $2.8 million were up 26% from the fourth quarter of last year, a trend which we anticipate will continue throughout 2006,” said ImageWare Chairman and CEO Jim Miller. “We were pleased that our gross margins increased to 71% for the quarter.
