The Crime Capture System allows agencies to electronically capture and store arrestee’s information and photos, as well as access the database through robust and feature rich investigative search applications.
Jim Miller, ImageWare’s Chairman and CEO commented, "It is because of our constant customer feedback that we were able to develop such feature rich and flexible applications so we are very pleased that it’s these existing customers that have been the first to upgrade to the new CCS 2.0. I am confident that they will find CCS 2.0 significantly more user friendly and flexible." Miller continued, "More importantly, investigators will be able to easily access the mugshot database to more quickly and efficiently resolve crime."
Crime Capture System 2.0 is integrated with the other modules of ImageWare’s C.R.I.M.E.S® suite including Face ID®, a facial recognition application and Suspect ID®, suspect composite software. This seamless integration allows for the use of state-of-the-art facial recognition technology as a means to cull a photo database to identify suspects.
