Polaroid to Distribute ImageWare ID Card Software in Europe and Asia Pacific
SAN DIEGO, CA, November 13, 2000 - ImageWare Systems, Inc. (AMEX:IW) today announced it has reached an agreement with Polaroid Corporations' European and Asia Pacific subsidiaries to market ID card software developed by ImageWare's ITC subsidiary. The two companies will translate the software product and user documentation into seven languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic and simplified Chinese) so that it meets the needs of the market throughout Europe and Asia Pacific, including the Middle East and Australia. The three-year agreement will commence in January 2001. ITC will be responsible for technical support and after sales service.
