ImageWare awarded $288K contract

RANCHO BERNARDO -- ImageWare Systems Inc., a Rancho Bernardo-based provider of digital imaging, biometric and identification solutions, was awarded a contract valued at $288,000 to enhance the multibiometric identification system the company initially developed in 2004 for the Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores, the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The system is called SIRLI, or System for the Identification of Remains and Localization of Individuals.
