ImageWare gets Raytheon pact March 29, 2006 San Diego's ImageWare Systems said it received a $900,000 contract from Massachusetts-based Raytheon Co. for its biometric system identification and screening technology. The system uses facial, fingerprint and iris scanning technologies for identification purposes. ImageWare said the system was designed to meet the sometimes large-scale requirements for security screening at border crossings. |
