IWS Law Enforcement Training - Administration

Duration: 4 hours

Course Description
This course is designed for application administrators who will be responsible for creating users/groups, assigning Law Enforcement permissions, naming and configuring additional fields of information as well as creating audit reports and adding new print formats.

Additional Facility Requirements
• PC loaded with a licensed copy of the Law Enforcement Suite
• Student user logons with Admin privileges and access to the IWS LE Training database

At class completion students will be able to:
• Create groups and users
• Assign appropriate permissions to user groups
• Create system wide messages to users or machines
• Configure Law Enforcement fields and tabs
• Assign specialized reports to LE print menus
• Create audit reports for specific Law Enforcement events
• Seal records
• Block or prohibit release of subject images
