President and CEO
Kristin is an innovative technology leader with over twenty years of experience spanning sales, business development, analyst and public relations, marketing, and go-to-market strategies, for leading global technology firms. Kristin started her career in the technology sector with AT&T/Lucent, followed by twelve years at Qualcomm leading the development of the company’s first computing product, and spurring the creation of a computing division. Kristin went on to form and lead Public and Analyst Relations as a Global Vice President for MediaTek Taiwan and most recently held an executive role at IBM Corporate, where she served as Vice President, Worldwide Analyst Relations. Kristin is considered an expert in the field of strategic analyst relations, guiding companies in how to drive revenue through key analyst relationships. Kristin holds a B.A. in Sociology and an A.S. in Business Management and Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
VP of Product Management
Mark is a seasoned technology professional skilled at bringing new technologies to market with more than 25 years of broad experience encompassing product management, engineering, IT, business development and intellectual property strategy. His career includes key leadership positions with Qualcomm, where he drove results with Qualcomm Internet Services, defined product strategy for developers and carriers on BREW, a mobile app store with over 1 billion devices supported around the world. He also led a software team that deployed services across Latin America and drove the IP business strategy for Security, Software, and Sensors, inside the Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL) Division. Before joining Imageware Qualcomm Mark served as a Sr. Director of global Business Development at the blockchain firm the Bitfury Group. Mark holds an M.B.A. from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in Information Science from Ball State University.
VP of Engineering
Sudheer is an accomplished Architect and Developer with an exceptional track record in Cloud, Distributed Systems, Embedded Systems, Mobile, Security, and ML technologies. Sudheer is regarded for his deep technical expertise. With a career spanning two decades at Qualcomm, Sudheer has led, built, and managed a wide variety of successful products across Embedded, Mobile and Cloud including the pioneering Eudora email, BREW Mobile OS, Snapdragon Android Web Browser, and more recently Qualcomm Wireless Edge Services. He later co-founded a SaaS startup focused on the IoT sector, Cloud and Big Data. The systems Sudheer has engineered are central to billions of dollars in revenue. Sudheer is known for leading teams built on respect, learning, agility and real value-driven productivity. Sudheer has been awarded more than eight patents focused around mobile technologies and data synchronization. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
VP of GTM & Product Strategy
AJ collaboratively and strategically develops powerful, revenue-driving go-to-market programs. His specialty sits at the convergence of Product Management, Marketing, Product Design, Sales and Customer Success. AJ joined ImageWare in January 2021 from IBM, where his most recent position was Program Director of Product Management in AI Applications. In that role, he led the effort to drive transformation and modernization within a 30-year-old portfolio of products, infusing AI (Artificial Intelligence) and IoT (Internet of Things) into the legacy solutions to help optimize customer’s operations. Prior to IBM, AJ successfully led electric truck Sales and Business Development in North America for BYD, a China based leader in the battery & electric. AJ is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Before turning his focus in business, Naddell studied biomedical engineering and systems engineering with a focus in pre-med, while conducting research in oncology and stem cell biology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
